To make: Start by washing a 100% cotton tote bag. While still damp, fold the bag in half. Pleat the bag, lining up the heart line (once pleated, the line should be straight). Use a zip tie or rubber band to hold pleats together. Create more pleats along the remaining bag, holding in place with zip ties or rubber bands. Place different color dyes in separate squeeze bottles (you will need as many colors ass pleated sections). Start by squeezing dye on heart section stopping 1/2 inch from the zip tie. Continue dying, using another color between each zip tie. Allow to dry completely, then remove tie.
