"Absolutely worse experience of my life. Only thing he care about is lining up colonoscopies and EGD’s. The aftercare is an absolute mess. No one answers your calls and if you have a medical need in the meantime please go elsewhere. He and his office staff are absolutely in it for the money. They do not care for you or your health. The follow up is two weeks after your procedure done by medical students who don’t even have an opinion or opinion for you. Ridiculous waste of time and money."

"I didn't get to see him before or after surgery, just a nurse practioner who only read the report out loud to me but could answer no questions. I had to take the report to my primary to go over it with me. I was refused an appointment with him several times and finally gave up and changed doctors to one who would actually see me and explain to me what was going."

"I was an established patient and was very happy. I turned 65 and when I showed up for my appointment with my new insurance they said they had to reschedule because they could not verify my insurance! Nothing in their texts and messages stated that new insurance required advance notification! I am now changing doctors as this is crazy! I waited over 2 weeks to get this appointment and they turned me away for a routine task that every other doctors office handles at the desk!"

"I could not rate the physician's performance because of the poor office staff and communication systems. To begin with, a procedure was scheduled without checking with me, and I had two physician appointments already scheduled for that day. After trying to contact the office by phone and patient portal with no response, I had to drive to the office to cancel my appointment. I have been trying to reschedule the appointment without any luck. Therefore, I am requesting a new physician."

"Don't see this Dr.!His office manager and staff think its OK to play God cancelling and refusing appointments at their discretion. "your not allowed to see the Dr. I'm cancelling you appointment. Because your colonoscopy was prescribed by another Dr. It doesn't matter that he referred you to this office. Rescheduled, confirmed and cancelled again without a phone call 2 days before. Fully aware bleeding internally for 2 months. "Sorry that your bleeding but you cannot see the Dr. your appointment is cancelled." Seeing that this is common in the history of reviews if the Dr. is unaware how his patients are treated and what takes place in his office he obviously cannot be a very good Dr. "

"Very dissatisfied with changes in this office since the last visit from several years ago. From the beginning you are seen by a nurse practitioner (of which you know nothing of until you get there) and just when you think you might see or talk to the doctor in the hospital after your procedure, nope!! you are once again disappointed. Apparently the dr is too busy only doing procedures because he doesn’t have time to meet patients or chooses to focus on the big money makers. After receiving conflicting information from the nurse practitioner reviewing the procedure results, I called to make a second appointment to see the doctor to clarify some concerns and was told he was too busy doing procedures and again would only be able to see a nurse practitioner. When I asked to clarify that basically I wouldn’t be able to see the dr at all????, I was treated very rudely as if I was asking the most ridiculous questions in the world. This is unacceptable and makes you feel like a money cow. Please ...

"He has been my doctor for years. This last time his associate changed my prescriptions as I had been on both for 1.5 years and that was way longer than recommended. The pharmacy was unable to fill one of my prescriptions about a month ago as medicine no longer available. After 4 calls asking for different prescription, the nurse said if the pharmacy does not have there is nothing we can do so just do without. I am changing doctors after almost 10 years."
