These Terms contain important information about how Codes can and cannot be used. Please read these Terms carefully before you buy or use a Code.
Codes are issued by ODEON. ODEON operates the myLIMITLESS membership scheme in the UK. See odeon.co.uk/limitless for information about Limitless, or ask for a leaflet in cinema.
The purchaser of a Code (Purchaser) is purchasing a paid upfront myLIMITLESS gift membership, which can be activated by redeeming the Code.
The redeemer of a Code (Redeemer) must be eligible to join myLIMITLESS. The Redeemer must: (a) be 13 or over; (b) resident in the UK; (c) provide a valid email address; and (d) provide a passport-style photograph for their membership card.
The Redeemer must agree to the myLIMITLESS terms & conditions and ODEON privacy policy when redeeming a Code. See odeon.co.uk/privacy-and-legal for the current version of these, or ask a member of staff in cinema.
A Redeemer aged 13-15 must obtain consent from their parent or guardian before joining, and ask their parent or guardian to help them though the joining process. Normal film age restrictions apply. Children unaccompanied by an adult may not be admitted to a cinema after certain times depending upon local licensing conditions.
The Purchaser and the Redeemer can be the same person. Codes cannot be used in connection with an existing membership.
Codes purchased from ODEON are valid for 6 months from when the Purchaser purchased the Code. Codes purchased in other ways may have a different validity period and/or a fixed expiry date. Codes can only be used during their validity period. No refund will be payable to the Purchaser or the Redeemer in relation to an expired Code.
Codes can be redeemed for one myLIMITLESS gift membership of the type and duration for which the Code is valid. The gift membership will start when the Code is redeemed.
To redeem a Code, visit odeon.co.uk/limitless, enter the Code at the start of the joining process and follow the on-screen instructions. Use the same method to check the membership type/duration for which the Code is valid, and/or check Code validity.
Codes can be used once only, and redemption of a Code cannot be reversed.
Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any offer or discount. Codes cannot be redeemed against any other goods or services. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be topped up with another payment method. Codes are for personal non-commercial use only and cannot be resold for commercial gain.

ODEON can amend these Terms for these reasons: if we have to make a change to comply with a law or regulation that applies to us; if we are making these Terms better or fairer for you; if we are protecting you or ODEON from fraud or other harmful activity by third parties; if the way our systems or cinemas work is changing and this means that we have a good reason to change the Terms to reflect this; if our costs have changed and we need to make a reasonable change to reflect this; or if we need to update our details. Where we are amending these Terms, we will always post a notice of the amendments online at ODEON.co.uk.
ODEON can close the myLIMITLESS membership scheme on not less than 60 days' notice by posting a notice online at ODEON.co.uk. If we close myLIMITLESS in this way, Codes cannot be used even if they are still in their validity period. Any applicable refund will only be paid to the Purchaser in accordance with the terms upon which they purchased the Code.

VUE CINEMA GIFT FOR 2 and FOR FAMILY

Every Film Every Day

Vouchers can be exchanged for a 2D admission ticket at any Vue location nationwide until further notice*
*Vue reserves the right to withdraw or amend this listing at any time. See myvue.com/legal for current participating locations.
These can be booked either at the Box Office or online and cannot be used to make bookings over the phone
Valid for one ticket and must be used at the time of exchange.
Non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Valid for a single use only and cannot be re-instated or replaced once redeemed (this includes if you cancel your booking).
Not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events and alternative/special showings including Mini Mornings, Senior friendly, Autism Friendly and Scene screenings.
Can be used to book VIP, Recliner, Xtreme seating or Gold class screenings online and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee. IMAX upgrades will also be at an additional cost and we recommend checking pricing directly with the cinema before purchase of Vue Pass E-Codes.
2D vouchers cannot be upgraded to a 3D screening.
3D vouchers must be purchased for 3D screenings and are redeemable for entry into the screening only, customers will be charged for the purchase of 3D glasses if required.
Do not have priority over general tickets.
The voucher expires on the expiration date, it is not subject to extensions.
E-Codes expire no later than 12 months from the point of issue.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Meerkat Movies.

Vouchers are not to be used for financial gain in resale.
The cinema managers decision is final.

This e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
This e-voucher does not give the bearer priority over other guests.
This e-voucher may not be re-sold.
Defaced or illegible e-vouchers will not be accepted.
This e-voucher may be used for bookings online and those made in person at the Showcase Cinema Box Office.
Each e-voucher may only be used once, any attempt to re-use the e-voucher shall be refused.
